Madrid City Council Discusses Community Development, County/Rural Water, and Tries a New Consent Agenda

  The Madrid City Council met on Monday, February 6. All members of the Council were present, no conflicts of interest were declared, and the agenda was approved. Mayor Brown explained a new agenda format to help expedite the consent agenda and allow more time for public comments/input. The agenda will be read through and approved by the Council if there are no objections to any of the agenda items rather than each item being individually approved.
