Rose (Rosie) Marie Huffstutler, 81

Rose (Rosie) Marie Huffstutler, 81, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

Rosie was born April 30, 1939 in Madrid to Jack and Amy (Lucas) Verchio. She graduated from Madrid High School in 1958. On August 8, 1958, she was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart Richard Huffstutler.

Rosie enjoyed daily walks hand in hand with her loving husband. She cherished the time spent with her family and friends. Some of her favorite pastimes were cooking, baking, shopping, and playing games with her grandkids. She will be remembered for her bright smile. She was a devout member of the Evangelical Free Church in Madrid where she served as a Deaconess for many years.

She is survived by her husband Richard of 62 years, sons, Brian (Julie) Huffstutler, Jack (Teresa) Huffstutler, Jeff Huffstutler, and Rick Huffstutler, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many loved ones.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at the Madrid Evangelical Free Church with burial at later date in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
