Gregory Scott Miller, 75, of Perry, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Dallas County Memorial Hospital in Perry. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.caldwellparrish.com.

Born on October 21, 1949, to Lee and Katherine (Foltz) Miller, Greg spent his life working various jobs including with the railroad and Lennox Industries that kept him busy. He had a deep passion for cars and all things racing, especially muscle cars and drag racing. In his youth he was a golden glove boxer and a skilled pool player. He was an avid fan of wrestling and a devoted fan of Monday Night Raw. In his later years he switched his Chicago Bears alliance to become a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, rooting for them in the 2025 super bowl. He enjoyed many adventures up north going to the dirt track races, boating or just having conversations on Joe and Nicki's deck with family and friends.

Known for his goofy and friendly nature, Greg never met a stranger. His warm personality and infectious sense of humor made him the kind of person who could strike up a conversation with anyone. Whether sharing a joke, telling a story, or simply lending a listening ear, he had a way of making those around him feel valued and appreciated. His heart was as big as Texas, always open to those in need of kindness and laughter. His "Oh Geez" will be forever remembered.

Above all, Greg’s family brought him the greatest joy. He shared a deep, unbreakable bond with his son, Kelle, who was also his best friend. Later in life he restored his relationship with both his daughter Nicole and his eldest son Josh. He took immense pride in all his children and treasured every moment with all his grandchildren.

Greg is survived by his three children: Josh Miller of New Orleans; Nicole (Joe) Till and their children, Olivia and Joey, of Hudson, Wisconsin; and Kelle (Emily) Miller and their daughter, Frances, of Madrid, Iowa; as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Katherine Miller; his son, Jamie Miller; and his brothers, Mike and Joe Miller.
