Alicia’s love stretched wide though the states filling her nieces and nephews with warmth and happiness.

She graduated from Harvard High school and received her bachelor’s degree in Education with Iowa state where she pursued her love of teaching at Woodward Academy, inspiring every student who crossed her path. Alicia was a ray of sunshine that brought joy to every room she walked in. When Alicia was not teaching, she enjoyed fishing, boating, snowboarding, and hunting with her babe. Alicia enjoyed jamming out to music whether she was in her car, garage or on the boat in Okoboji.

Alicia was never without her phone, sharing memories with new snapchat filters bringing tears of laughter with her spunky personality. Alicia was not one to pretend, voicing the truth with a mouth of a sailor. Alicia was never down, always happy, with a permanent smile on her beautiful face. Missed by many, loved by all, memories cherished big and small.

The stars in the sky shine extra bright for she has found her wings and taken flight.
